A four-time USTFCCA All-Region honoree (Regional finishes: 34th 2005, 7th 2006, 5th 2007, 2nd 2008), she was named the 2009 Grove City College Sportswoman of the Year. She helped the Wolverines to four-straight PAC team titles. Carter also received the NCAA’s 2007-08 Sportsmanship Award for Division III and participated in the 2012 U.S. Olympic Marathon Trials, finishing 112th. |

Ivette Mejia, a two-time PAC Runner Of The Year, earned All-American honors as a senior in 2011. As a junior Mejia won the individual PAC title by 29 seconds, and repeated with a 70-second margin of victory as a senior. She currently works for the New York Road Runners Club in New York City as a youth and community service coordinator, and is training for the 2016 Olympics. |

Pedersen was a part of four PAC women’s cross country championships teams and owns five of top 25 6K times in school history. She was named the 2006 Grove City College Sportswoman of the Year and was twice a CoSIDA Academic All-District selection (Second Team- 2004-05, First Team- 2005-06). |

During her two cross country seasons that John Carroll was a member of the PAC, Heather Peltier shined at the conference championship meet. As a freshman in 1987, Peltier placed third to earn first team All-PAC honors, a feat she duplicated as a sophomore by finishing fourth. She would go on to do the same thing in the Ohio Athletic Conference (OAC) by finishing fifth as a junior in 1989 and third as a senior in 1990, making her all-league on four occasions in two conferences. Pelteier had two top-10 finishes at the All-Ohio Championships, and as a senior, she placed 22nd across all divisions at the National Catholic Invitational at Notre Dame. She was also gifted on the track, winning 1989 PAC titles in the 1500, 3000, and 5000-meter runs. She held six school track records at the time of her graduation. Pelter was inducted into the JCU Athletic Hall of Fame in 2002. |

Michelle Propst was perhaps the first great performer of the program's modern era. After coming all the way to campus from the state of Colorado, she earned two first team All-PAC spots (2004, 2007) and two second team selections (2005, 2006) over her highly decorated career. She posted a 48th-place finish (24:20.3) at the 2005 NCAA Division III Mideast Regional Championship, an 87th-place finish (26:20) at the 2006 Mideast Regional, hosted by Waynesburg, and a 77th-place finish (23:53) at the 2007 Mideast Regional. Following her days of collegiate competition, Cross became an assistant with the Waynesburg track and field and cross country teams and reached one of the highest points of any runner's careers when she competed, and completed, in the 2014 Boston Marathon. |

Mary Pusateri was a three-year letterwinner for the John Carroll cross country team, first joining the team in 1987. During her rookie season she had three top 20 finishes before an injury sidelined her prior to the PAC Championships. As a junior, she placed 15th or better in six of her races, including earning medalist honors at the 1988 PAC Championships after finishing the race in a time of 19:05. She would go on to place 15th at the NCAA Division III Regional Championships. In her final year as a collegian, Pusateri netted five top 10 finishes and a 15th place effort at the National Catholic Invitational at Notre Dame. In her final meet, she finished eighth at the Ohio Athletic Conference (OAC) Championships to earn all-league honors for the second time in her career. |

She was a part of four PAC women’s cross country championships teams and owns six of top 25 6K times in school history. Seward was also a three-time CoSIDA At-Large Academic All-District selection (First Team- 2007-08; Second Team- 2008-09, 2006-07). |

She helped lead the Wolverines to four PAC team Championships (2009-12), three top-five regional finishes (2009-11), and the first-ever team appearance at the NCAA Division III Championships (2010). She would have qualified individually for 2010 Division III Championships had the team not been selected. Individually, Smith finished 51st at 2010 Division III Championships (22:14.80, 21st-fastest in school history). |

Timchisko earned a master's degree from Youngstown State University and works as a case manager for the Eastern Behavioral Health Center in Struthers, Ohio. |
