Reinthaler got off to a hot start for Westminster, helping guide the Titans to a 2-0 record to get their Spring Break trip underway. He hit .625 (5-for-8) and drove in six runs in their doubleheader sweep of Delaware Valley Sunday afternoon. The Titan first baseman was also a perfect 15-for-15 in fielding chances.

PAC Baseball Pitcher of the Week
Matt Elko • Sophomore • Thiel College
Middlefield, Ohio / Berkshire

Elko made a pair of starts last week for the Tomcats during their 4-4 Spring Break trip, throwing 16.0 innings and allowing just three earned runs. He tossed the first nine-inning, complete-game shutout of his collegiate career in Thiel’s 2-0 win over Illinois College on March 6. Elko didn’t allow a hit until the third inning against the Blueboys, needing 127 pitches to complete the shutout in one hour and 41 minutes. Elko, who picked up a no-decision in Thiel’s season opener against Widener, improved to 1-0 and lowered his ERA to 1.69 with 10 strikeouts and two walks in the victory.
