PAC Offensive Player of the Week
Josh Wannamaker • Freshman Running Back • Thiel College

Wannamaker helped the Tomcats pick up a 30-28 victory over PAC rival Bethany College Saturday, securing the program’s first road win in 2013. Making his first collegiate start, Wannamaker rushed for 248 yards on 29 carries in the win over the Bison, averaging a robust 8.6 yards per touch. He scored touchdowns on runs of 33 and 45 yards, and also caught three passes out of the backfield. The win for the Tomcats was their first in Bethany, W. Va. since the 2007 season, a game in which running back Steve Minton rushed for 238 yards. Wannamaker surpassed Minton for second place on Thiel’s single-game rushing list with Saturday’s performance. Thiel’s last 200-yard rusher was Dan Hess, who ran for a PAC-record 327 yards in a win at Saint Vincent on Nov. 10, 2007.

PAC Defensive Player of the Week
Erick Butler • Junior Lineman • Thomas More College
Eminence, Ky. / Henry County

Butler tallied seven tackles (five solo, two assisted) and a pair of sacks in Thomas More’s 31-0 road victory at Saint Vincent College. The Saints limited the Bearcats to just 149 yards of total offense and registered a program-best fourth shutout victory in 2013.

PAC Special Teams Player of the Week
Thomas Paulone • Senior Running Back • Waynesburg University
Jeannette, Pa. / Jeannette

In Saturday’s 38-19 victory at Westminster College, Paulone blocked a Titan punt that was scooped up and returned for a touchdown by sophomore teammate Dontae Gibson that put Waynesburg ahead 31-13 in the third quarter. Paulone also rushed for 97 yards in his first collegiate start at running back.
