Week 2 PAC Honors (for events between Sept. 7-13)
The weekly award winners have been recognized for their performances during Week 2 of the 2026 season.
PAC Player of the Week
Julia Umshares • Waynesburg • Junior • Washington, Pa./Trinity
Umshares played a major role in a 3-0 week for Waynesburg, as she went a combined 6-0 at fourth singles and third doubles ... In a 5-2 win over Pitt-Greensburg, she didn't lose a game in a 6-0, 6-0 singles victory and teamed with Gabby Peiritsh for a 6-2 decision in doubles ... Umshares also scored straight-set wins against Carlow (6-0, 6-3) and Mount Aloysius (6-2, 6-3) while also winning in doubles in both matches to help the Yellow Jackets post first three-match winning streak since 2014.

Mattle posted 3-1 records in singles and doubles last week, as the Barons went 3-0 against Division III opponents ... After a straight-set win at No. 2 against Carlow (6-2, 6-0), she scored 6-0, 6-1 and 6-1, 6-0 victories at No. 3 singles against Fredonia and Capital, respectively ... Mattle teamed with Hazel Mistry for doubles wins in all three matches ... The lone loss during the week came against Indiana University East from the NAIA.

Franciscan's Sophia Pastura was 3-1 in doubles and singles matches last week to help the Barons defeat three Division III teams ... Grove City's Grace Stitt did not drop a game Saturday at first singles in a straight-set victory against Westminster and also teamed with Reagan Dougherty for a 6-1 win at No. 2 doubles, as Grove City opened league play with a 7-0 victory. ... Saint Francis' Reagen Mangan collected two wins in a 7-0 victory over Geneva and a pair at the Bucknell Invitational, highlighted by a win over Bucknell's Cameron King ... W&J's Kieran Moorhead picked up two victories in the Presidents' 7-0 home-opening win against Pitt-Greensburg, highlighted by Moorhead and teammate Claire Loomis winning at No. 1 doubles by a 6-0 sweep ... Gabby Peiritsh played a major role in Waynesburg's 3-0 week on the courts. going 6-0 while playing fifth singles and third doubles.
