TRAFFORD, Pa. / LINCOLN, Neb. (pacathletics.org) – The Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) has announced a new partnership with Opendorse, the leading NIL technology, data, and service provider. Through this partnership, Opendorse will deliver dedicated NIL consulting and education resources directly to PAC Commissioner Joe Onderko and conference leadership, equipping the conference with the knowledge and resources needed to better support its member institutions in the evolving Name, Image, and Likeness landscape.
At the heart of this partnership is a commitment to education. Opendorse will work closely with PAC leadership to provide a clearer, more comprehensive understanding of the NIL landscape at the Division III level — giving the conference the foundation it needs to guide member schools with clarity and confidence.
“With NIL now playing a major role across college athletics, it’s vital that the PAC office is fully equipped to support our members and student-athletes,” said PAC Commissioner Joe Onderko. “Our relationship with Opendorse during the Bowl Series has highlighted not only their expertise in NIL, but also their commitment to preparing student-athletes for future opportunities. We are excited to extend our partnership beyond the bowl series and confident it will keep the PAC and its members at the forefront of the evolving NIL landscape.”
The PAC is one of four conferences featured in the Opendorse Bowl Series, held annually at Tom Benson Hall of Fame Stadium in Canton, Ohio. The event has given Division III student-athletes access to NIL education and exposure on a stage typically reserved for higher levels of the game. This partnership brings that same commitment to education and support into the day-to-day operations of the conference.
As NIL continues to shape the college athletics landscape at every level, having a knowledgeable resource at the conference level is increasingly important. For PAC member institutions, this partnership means their leadership is better informed, better prepared, and better positioned to guide student-athletes through the opportunities and challenges that come with NIL.
"The PAC has been a great partner through the Bowl Series, and we have seen firsthand the enthusiasm their student-athletes and administrators bring to NIL," said Jake Daugherty, Director, Collegiate Partnerships at Opendorse. "This partnership takes that relationship to the next level by giving Commissioner Onderko and the conference the consulting and education resources needed to help their member schools navigate NIL with confidence. Division III athletics deserves the same level of support and strategy as any other level, and we are committed to delivering that."
