PAC Hitter of the Week Tommy Landsnes • Allegheny • Sophomore utility • Richmond, Va./Brunswick Academy Landsnes led the Gators to a 4-0 week with a .500 batting average and 1.188 slugging percentage … He had eight hits, including two doubles and a team-high three home runs, while driving in a team-leading 13 runs … Landsnes also scored eight runs, walked three times, and struck out only once … Landsnes hit his first three collegiate homers as part of a three-game home run streak … He went 2-for-3 with one run and one RBI in a 10-0 win over Franciscan on Wednesday … After hitting a double and home run with four RBIs and three runs scored in a 14-4 win vs. Thiel in the series opener, Landsnes followed that with a two-run home run as part of a three-RBI performance in a 7-5 win in the nightcap on Friday … He closed his week by going 3-for-4 with one double, one home run, three runs scored, and a career-high five RBIs to lead the Gators to a 17-7 win against Franciscan in the series finale on Sunday. Westminster's Parker Lyons capped a 4-for-4 day at the plate, the first four-hit game of his career, with a two-out, two-run single in the ninth inning for the winning runs in a 2-0 victory over W&J Friday.
