Saint Vincent's Dzurica, Grove City's Einolf Earn Pair of Swimming All-American Honors 3/22/2025 9:40:00 PM GREENSBORO, N.C. (pacathletics.org) - Saint Vincent College junior Jacob Dzurica (Greensburg, Pa./Hempfield) and Grove City College junior Caleb Einolf (Quakertown, Pa./Quakertown) both earned All-American recognition in a pair of events during the 2025 NCAA Division III Swimming & Diving Championships, as the four-day championship meet concluded Saturday night. The event was hosted by the Old Dominion Athletic Conference (ODAC) at the Greensboro Aquatic Center. Dzurica earned First Team All-American in the 50 freestyle and Second Team All-America in the 100 freestyle. Einolf had similar results, earning First Team All-America in the 100 breaststroke and Second Team in the 100 butterfly. It marks the first time a male PAC swimmer has earned multiple All-America laurels at the same NCAA Championship since Westminster College's Steven Brooks was an Honorable Mention All-American in the 100 and 200 backstrokes in 2015. Between Dzurica and Einolf, they earned one honor each of the four days during the Championships. Dzurica's first award came on Wednesday's opening day of the meet. He qualified for the championship final by posting a new Saint Vincent and PAC record in the 50 free with a time of 19.82 seconds to earn sixth place in the prelims. In the final that night, Dzurica finished in 20.08 seconds to claim eighth place for his first All-American honor and join Jacob Davis and Zach Baum in program history to be recognized among the nation's elite. Dzurica would add one more All-America citation to his credit Saturday in the 100 free. In the morning prelims, he posted a time of 44.48 seconds and took 15th place to qualify for the consolation finals. In his final race of the year, Dzurica touched in 44.87 second, good for 16th place and a second All-America recognition. Also during the Championships, Dzurica competed in the 100 backstroke on Friday. The PAC Swimmer of the Year and conference champion in the event would place 27th in the prelims with a time of 49.59. For Einolf, his top finishes came in events on Thursday and Friday. He became the 60th All-American in Grove City program history Thursday in the 100 fly when he took 13th place overall after finishing fifth in the consolation final. Einolf posted a time of 48.21 seconds in Thursday night's race after recording a time of 47.84 seconds in the preliminaries that morning. Einolf's best performance came in the 100 breaststroke Friday. He placed sixth in the event after he posted a time of 54.11 seconds in Friday night's championship final. He entered the finals as the No. 7 seed, having produced a time of 54.21 seconds during Friday's preliminaries. The sixth place finish is the highest by a PAC men's swimmer in an individual event since Grove City's Caleb Courage won the national title in the 100 freestyle in 2009. After his two All-American efforts, Einolf closed out his Championship meet by swimming in the 100 free on Saturday, placing 24th out of 54 in the event with a preliminary time of 44.96 seconds.
