PAC Player of the Week
Emily Lauer • Allegheny • Senior guard • Knox, Pa./Keystone
Lauer averaged 24.5 points and 8.0 rebounds in Allegheny's 2-0 week  ... In a road victory over Geneva, Lauer totaled 22 points, was 9-for-17 (53 percent) from the floor, added eight rebounds and a steal ... Lauer followed that up by scoring 27 points on Saturday against Waynesburg, shooting an impressive 71 percent from the field (10-for-14) and 86 percent from behind the foul line (6-for-7) ... She also grabbed another eight rebounds and had an assist ... With her two 20+ point performances, Lauer eclipsed 1,600 career points.

Brooke Evans • Saint Vincent • Freshman guard • McKeesport, Pa./McKeesport)
Evans recorded a double-double in the lone game of the week for the Bearcats ... In the 76-73 victory at Geneva, Evans scored 13 points, while grabbing 11 rebounds ... Evans went 4-for-7 from the field (57 percent) and 4-for-5 from the foul line, while she also dished out three assists and recorded two steals and two blocks.

Geneva's Mackenzie Barricklow set a career-high in rebounding twice last week, finishing with 17 boards against Allegheny on Wednesday before pulling down 19 against Saint Vincent on Saturday ...Grove City's Mara Polczynski (Irwin, Pa./Norwin) recorded a career-best 10 assists Saturday against Chatham and needs three assists to pass Karin Hendrickson (1995-99) for third on Grove City’s career assist list ... W&J's Meghan Dryburgh (Pittsburgh, Pa./Baldwin) grabbed a total of 23 boards on Wednesday against Grove City, the fourth-most rebounds ever in a game by a W&J women's basketball player ... Westminster's Maddie Syka led the Titans with a career-high 23 points in an 83-58 win over Thiel, while Grace Cano posted a 16-point and career-high 12-rebound double-double for her second of the season.
