TRAFFORD, Pa. (pacathletics.org) - Nine players from the Presidents’ Athletic Conference (PAC) men’s soccer programs have been named to the United Soccer Coaches NCAA Division III All-Region VII teams. Five players came from the PAC Champions, Grove City College, while the four other honorees were from Allegheny College, Geneva College, Franciscan University, and Waynesburg University.
Grove City had three honorees recognized on the All-Region First Team: freshman goalkeeper Keller Krieger, junior defender Colton Hudson, and junior forward Noah Gray.
All-Region Second Team honorees consisted of Grove City’s junior defender Jake Kimmich, Allegheny junior midfielder Will Gruca, Grove City senior midfielder Camden Thomas, and lastly, Franciscan senior forward Lucas Cross.
The All-Region Fourth Team honorees from the PAC were Geneva’s senior midfielder Wil Dunda and Waynesburg’s junior forward Zachary Johnson.
Named to the All-PAC First Team this season, Kreiger became a quick standout athlete in the PAC, earning PAC Defensive Player of the Week and Newcomer of the Week early on in his freshman campaign. The Wolverine goalkeeper recorded seven full shutouts with a save percentage of 86.4%. Krieger delivered big in key moments, saving a penalty kick while shutting out Franciscan, and helping his team to victory in the conference title match. Averaging 0.49 goals against, Krieger set a new program record for the Wolverines, and became a freshman honoree on the All-Region First Team squad.
The 2025 PAC Defensive Player of the Year and All-PAC First Team member, Hudson was also selected by the United Soccer Coaches as an All-Region First Team player. From Murrysville, Pa., Hudson was a crucial defender in Grove City’s back line which allowed only 11 goals to be scored all season, seven of those goals being in conference matches. Keeping clean sheets in the semifinal and championship game, Hudson helped his team to the first championship title for Grove City in the last 20 years, ending his junior season with a tally of one goal and one assist.
The final honoree on the All-Region First team is Gray. Named to the All-PAC Second team in 2024 and now an honoree of the All-PAC First Team in 2025, Gray became the PAC 2025 Offensive Player of the Year. Gray led the conference with 14 goals and tallied seven assists for a total of 35 points to lead the conference, and tie Grove City’s program record.
Gray scored in crucial games, helping win Grove City to a championship title and an automatic bid into the NCAA Division III Tournament.
Working his way up from Honorable Mention All-PAC in 2024, Kimmich earned a spot as a defender on the All-PAC First Team this year. The All-Region Second Team player had one goal and five assists on the season, creating scoring opportunities for his team, and collecting a total of six points. Logging 1,220 minutes, Kimmich was a player that offered structure and stability, which allowed Grove City to take home the championship trophy.
Allegheny’s All-Region Second Team representative, Gruca earned his third consecutive All-PAC honor this year. In 2023 and 2024, he received All-PAC Honorable Mention and in 2025, he was recognized on the All-PAC First Team. The junior Gator had 10 goals, two of them being game-winning goals. With 11 assists on the season, Gruca led the conference with an assist total among some of the highest in all of Division III, generating a total of 31 points during his junior campaign.
Thomas is the second representative on the All-Region Second Team for Grove City. Thomas made a name for himself being named a PAC Offensive Player of the Week after scoring three goals in back-to-back conference match-ups versus Franciscan and Chatham. He received his second consecutive All-PAC First Team selection this season, along with the PAC Tournament Most Outstanding Player honor in the postseason. The senior midfielder had five goals, one of them being a game-winning goal, and two assists for a total of 12 points.
The honoree for Franciscan on the All-Region Second Team is Cross. Out of Clarkston, Michigan, the senior notched a total of 13 goals, including five game winners, the team’s high, while adding on three assists to bring his total points up to 29. A 2024 All-ECAC First Team and United Soccer Coaches Region VII Second Team choice, the senior Baron earned All-PAC First Team for the third consecutive year in 2025 and was a vital factor in leading his team to PAC championship game against Grove City.
After earning his fourth consecutive All-PAC honor, Dunda finished his senior season being recognized on the All-Region Fourth Team squad. This season, he recieved his third consecutive All-PAC First Team and All-PAC tournament team recognition. Leading the Geneva team with seven goals and tying the Golden Tornadoes’ record for third most in a season at five, Dunda ended the season with 19 points. With two game-winning goals, Dunda was able to score in big moments, such as a last-minute goal against Waynesburg to secure Geneva a spot in the playoffs.
The last PAC athlete earning a spot on the All-Region Fourth Team Roster is Waynesburg’s Johnson. Starting the 2025 season strongly, one of Johnson’s most notable performances was against Penn State-Altoona, where he scored three goals, and tallied one assist to set a new program record with seven points. This season marked the second time Johnson was a part of the All-PAC First Team. The junior Yellow Jacket forward scored 12 goals, ranking third in the PAC. With three additional assists, he totaled 27 points, finishing second in the conference.
These All-Region selections highlight the individual successes of each athlete, along with the PAC’s heightened presence in the regional athletic arena. That is evidenced by nine earning All-Region this year, up from five in 2024 and three in 2023. It’s also the most All-Region selections for the PAC in one year since at least 2011.
