Week 9 PAC Honors (for events between January 6-12)
The weekly award winners have been recognized for their performances during Week 9 of the 2024-25 season.
 

PAC Women's Swimmer/Diver of the Week

Morgan Baughman • Washington & Jefferson • Sophomore • West Newton, Pa./Mount Pleasant Baughman led the Presidents to their first victory in their 2025 opener over Franciscan by winning two individual events and swimming laps in two relay victories ... In the individual events, Baughman swept the short-distance freestyle events, placing first in both the 50 freestyle and 100 freestyle with respective times of 26.82 and 59.06 ... Baughman also contributed to wins in the 200 medley relay (2:04.08) and the 200 freestyle (1:49.16) relay, with the 200 free relay time being a season-best for the Presidents.

PAC Women's Newcomer of the Week

Amiyah White • Washington & Jefferson • Freshman • Spring Grove, Pa./Spring Grove Area White helped seal the win for W&J over Franciscan in their first showing of 2025 ... She won the 1-meter dive with a total score of 321.65, the top one-meter score in the PAC this season so far, to contribute nine team points to the Presidents' 144-125 victory over the Barons.

PAC Records & Milestones

Allegheny's Sara Koller was second in both the 100 Free and 200 Fly at Division II Edinboro ... Franciscan's Kate Kinst won the 1000 freestyle with a time of 11:59.66 and the 200 IM (2:35.10) against W&J Saturday ... Westminster's Sara MacMurdo registered three top-three finishes in Saturday's dual meet at Wooster, including taking second in both the 50 freestyle (26.31) and 200 freestyle (2:07.37).
