Bryce Rodriguez-Uram • Washington & Jefferson • Sophomore • Carnegie, Pa./Carlynton Rodriguez-Uram posted a 3-0 record at 157 pounds last week ... In Wednesday's PAC dual win over Saint Vincent, Rodriguez-Uram won by tech fall (20-3 4:55) over Charlie Mesich ... At the Jim White Duals on Saturday, Rodriguez-Uram won by major decision, 13-3, over Logan Bartlett of Lycoming, before adding a 15-3 major decision victory over Braxton Miller of Seton Hill.

PAC Wrestling Newcomer of the Week

Jessie Orbin • Waynesburg • Freshman • Houston, Pa./Chartiers-Houston Orbin posted an undefeated Saturday at 184 at the Dr. Si Ostrach Meet at Case Western Reserve ... Orbin notched a 15-5 major decision versus Aidan Gassel from Case Western Reserve, a 12-0 major decision versus Nathan Coon from St. John Fisher and a pin in 1:29 over Andy Muzika from Penn College.

With a pair of pins last week, Saint Vincent senior Jake Beistel improved to 8-1 this season at 285 ... First-period pins by senior Evan Whiteside at 133 and Dominic Hartman at 165 helped Thiel best Pitt-Bradford 42-12 Friday.
