Week 8 PAC Honors (for events between January 8-14)
The weekly award winners have been recognized for their performances during Week 8 of the 2023-24 season.
 

PAC Women's Swimmer/Diver of the Week

Katya Pryshchenko • Allegheny • Junior • Berwyn, Pa./Aim Academy Pryshchenko won five individual events as Allegheny went 1-1 over the weekend in PAC meets ... On Friday vs. Westminster, she won the 50 free in 26.21 seconds and the 200 backstroke with a season-best time of 2:22.06 ... On Saturday, she helped the Gators beat Chatham by winning the 100 free (58.57 seconds), the 200 free (2:08.81), and the 500 free (5:50.05).

PAC Women's Newcomer of the Week

Maddie Malone • Washington & Jefferson • Freshman • Charlottesville, Va./Monticello Malone recorded four victories in W&J's sweep Saturday of Franciscan and Hiram, including three first place individual finishes on the day ... Malone was first in the 100 Breaststroke (1:20.14) and 200 Breaststroke (2:48.23), as well as the 400-Yard Individual Medley (5:27.39) ... She was also part of W&J's winning 200 Medley Relay team.

PAC Records & Milestones

While sweeping the butterfly events in Saturday's win at Penn State Behrend, Grove City senior Rachael Wallace set a pool record with a winning time of 2:11.32 in the 200 Fly.
