The weekly award winners have been recognized for their performances during Week 3 of the 2023 season.
 

PAC Offensive Player of the Week

Darius Googe • Allegheny • Junior forward • East Hartford, Conn./East Hartford Googe scored goals in back-to-back games last week, helping Allegheny go 1-1-0 … He scored the first goal, an unassisted tally, in a 2-0 shutout victory over Baldwin Wallace in the 55th minute ... Googe then scored Allegheny's lone goal in a 4-1 loss to #22-ranked Case Western Reserve Saturday ... The goal, only the second goal allowed by the unbeaten Spartans (5-0-1) in six matches this season, came in the 33rd minute and trimmed the CWRU lead to 2-1 at halftime.

PAC Defensive Player, Goalkeeper of the Week

Joshua Glaser • Westminster • Junior defender • Indiana, Pa./Indiana Glaser helped Westminster post a pair of shutout wins last week over Pitt-Bradford (5-0) and Heidelberg (4-0), giving the Titans four shutouts this season … In the two clean sheets, Glaser and the Westminster defense allowed just 12 shots, six on goal ... In addition, Glaser scored the final goal against Pitt-Bradford and had a pair of goals against Heidelberg and his four goals lead the team.

PAC Newcomer of the Week

Zachary Johnson • Waynesburg • Freshman forward • Raceland, Ky./Saint Joseph Central Catholic Johnson tallied a pair of goals for the Waynesburg men's soccer team this past week ... He helped ice Waynesburg's 2-0 win over Hiram with his second tally of the season on Monday, before giving the Yellow Jackets the early lead in what turned out to be a 3-1 defeat at the hands of Pitt-Greensburg Wednesday ... Johnson currently leads Waynesburg in both goals (3) and total points (6).
