PAC Offensive Player of the Week

Luciana Polk • Saint Vincent • Senior outside hitter • Pittsburgh, Pa. | Mount Lebanon In two PAC wins, Polk totaled 25 kills (3.13/set), 30 digs (3.75/set), six service aces and two blocks ... In Wednesday's five-set marathon win at Geneva, Polk recorded a 10-kill, 16-dig double-double, while adding a team-high five service aces ... In Saturday's 3-0 sweep at Thiel, Polk tallied 15 kills against just one error, hitting at an impressive .438 clip, while adding 14 digs, one block and one ace ... Over the two matches, Polk committed just seven attack errors on 83 attempts, good for a .217 hitting percentage ... Through SVC's first 14 matches, she ranks second in the PAC in kills, averaging 3.02 per set, while she's third in the league in points (3.65/set), seventh in aces (0.58/set) and 10th in digs (4.33/set).

PAC Defensive Player of the Week

Malia Duffy • Westminster • Senior libero • Allison Park, Pa. | North Allegheny Duffy averaged 6.00 digs per set last week as Westminster went 1-1 in the opening week of conference play … She posted 15 digs and seven assists in Wednesday's straight-set win at Franciscan before finishing with a season-best 33 digs Friday night in a five-set loss at W&J … Duffy's 325 digs and 5.33 digs per set average are tied for second-most in the PAC this season.

PAC Newcomer of the Week

Angelee Bawek • Allegheny • Freshman outside hitter • Goodyear, Ariz. | Estrella Foothills During the Gators' 2-0 week, Bawek averaged 3.67 kills per set, while totaling 22 kills and hitting .241 ... Against Thiel, the freshman outside hitter posted 12 kills alongside five service aces and two total blocks in the three-set victory ... In the 3-0 sweep against Grove City, Bawek notched 10 kills while bringing up 13 digs ... She earned 30 points on the week for the Gators and is currently fourth in the conference in points earned per set averaging 3.56.

Allegheny sophomore defensive specialist Jacy Diaz broke her own three-set record for aces with nine against Grove City ... W&J's five-set win over Westminster Friday was the Presidents' first victory over the Titans since 2018.
