Week 3 PAC Honors (for games played between September 13-19)
The weekly award winners have been recognized for their performances during Week 3 of the 2021 season.
 
PAC Offensive Player of the Week
Tyler Raines • Waynesburg • Junior quarterback • Columbia, Md. | Long Reach
Raines completed 17-of-21 passes for 325 yards and four touchdowns in Saturday afternoon’s 52-14 PAC victory over visiting Thiel… It was his second-straight game throwing for over 300 yards, three touchdowns and no interceptions… In the fourth quarter Raines connected with freshman Dakota Romantino (Charleroi, Pa. | Charleroi) on a 98-yard scoring strike, the longest pass completion in program history… Saturday, Waynesburg snapped a 12-game losing streak with its first victory since October 5, 2019… Through three games, Raines leads the PAC in pass efficiency (184.2) and ranks second in passing touchdowns (7).

Carnegie Mellon sophomore Ethan Reifer (Ijamsville, Md. | Oakdale) finished with 106 yards on six catches against Grove City… Grove City sophomore Scott Fraser (Butler, Pa. | Knoch) had five catches for 50 yards against CMU… Thiel freshman Deon Logan (Richmond, Va. | James River) ran for 113 yards on 13 carries at Waynesburg… W&J junior Joey Koroly (Washington, Pa. | Trinity) rushed 19 times for 99 yards against Bethany… He scored on a two-yard run in the second quarter… Westminster senior Frank Antuono (New Castle, Pa. | Neshannock) ran for a pair of touchdowns at CWRU… He scored runs of three yards and five yards. 
 
PAC Defensive Player of the Week
Brice Butler • Westminster • First-year defensive back • Farrell, Pa. | Farrell
Butler made eight tackles (6 solo), including 1.0 tackle for loss, while recording three interceptions in Saturday night’s 34-12 PAC win at Case Western Reserve… Butler returned his third interception of the night 100 yards for a touchdown, giving the Titans a 27-12 advantage with 7:46 remaining in the game… His three interceptions tied a program record… Butler is Westminster’s first player to intercept three passes in a game since Don Augustine in 2000 against Bethany.

Bethany sophomore Rondell Lewis (Beachwood, Ohio | Beachwood) made 14 tackles at W&J… Lewis’ 13.7 tackles per game paces the PAC… Carnegie Mellon sophomore Robert Coury (Phillipsburg, N.J. | Phillipsburg) finished with a career-high 13 tackles, 1.5 tackles for loss and a forced fumble at Grove City… Case Western Reserve sophomore Ryan Santoro (Belmont, Mass. | Belmont), making his first collegiate start, finished with 13 tackles against Westminster… Geneva sophomore Damian Lomeli (Tampa, Fla. | Gaither) had six tackles, 1.0 tackle for loss and returned an interception 22 yards for a touchdown at Saint Vincent… Grove City junior Ryan Fleming (Bridgeville, Pa. | South Fayette) recorded 2.5 sacks and a forced fumble against CMU… Grove City held the Tartans to minus-12 rushing yards… Thiel senior Darnell Jordan (Pittsburgh, Pa. | Westinghouse) recorded nine tackles against Waynesburg… W&J senior Sean Doran (New Castle, Pa. | Neshannock) posted a career-high 17 tackles against Bethany… Doran's 17 tackles were the most in a single game by a W&J player since Dalton Day registered 18 stops on Nov. 25, 2017… Waynesburg freshman Samuel Hamilton (Bowie, Md. | Charles Herbert Flowers) made six tackles and added a pair of sacks against Thiel.
 
PAC Special Teams Player of the Week
Nick Morrow • Grove City • Senior kicker • Moon Township, Pa. | Moon
Morrow connected on a pair of second half field goals Saturday afternoon in Grove City’s 13-6 PAC victory over visiting Carnegie Mellon… His 37-yard field goal with 10:09 remaining in the third quarter gave the Wolverines a 10-0 lead… Morrow’s 20-yard field goal extended Grove City’s lead to 13-3 with 14:05 to play in the fourth quarter… He was also 1-for-1 on extra-point tries… Morrow has made all three field goal attempts this season.

Bethany freshman Narvy Bibiano (Brookhaven, Ga. | Cross Keys) averaged 33.3 yards per punt at W&J… Thiel freshman Andre Rodgers (Euclid, Ohio | Benedictine) averaged 21.4 yards on seven kick returns against Waynesburg… W&J senior Jacob Sarver (Sarver, Pa. | Freeport) averaged 38.0 yards on four punts against Bethany, dropping two inside the Bison 20-yard line… His 53-yard fourth quarter punt was touched down at Bethany’s 1-yard line… Waynesburg sophomore Monroe Mohler (Union, W.Va. | James Monroe) returned the opening kickoff of the second half of Saturday's win over Thiel 89 yards for his first special teams touchdown as a Yellow Jacket… Westminster junior Jarred Kohl (York, Pa. | York Catholic) blocked a second quarter CWRU punt to set up a touchdown that put the Titans on top 14-6… He added six tackles and 1.5 tackles for loss. 
 
PAC Rookie of the Week
Jaeden Zuzak • Geneva • Freshman running back • Coal Center, Pa. | California    
Zuzak rushed nine times for 134 yards and a pair of touchdowns in Saturday’s 42-24 PAC win at Saint Vincent… Zuzak, making his collegiate debut, had touchdown runs of 31 yards and 51 yards, respectively… Geneva racked up 342 yards of rushing on its way to 386 yards of total offense Saturday.

Grove City freshman Niko Flati (Aliquippa, Pa. | West Allegheny ran for 67 yards on 20 carries against CMU… Waynesburg freshman Dakota Romantino (Charleroi, Pa. | Charleroi) caught six passes for 187 yards and a touchdown against Thiel, highlighted by a 98-yard fourth quarter touchdown… Westminster first-year Jalen Washington (Orlando, Fla. | Dr. Phillips) had 102 yards on five receptions at CWRU.
