GREENVILLE, Pa. (pacathletics.org)--The Presidents’ Athletic Conference (PAC) announced the field for the upcoming PAC Women’s Volleyball Championship Tournament Thursday following the completion of regular season play Wednesday night.

Six teams will compete for the PAC title. Seeding was determined and approved by a vote of the league's directors of athletics.  

Westminster College (8-1, 8-0 PAC) has earned the top seed and hosting rights throughout the PAC Championship Tournament. 

PAC Championship Tournament action will begin with a pair of first round matches Saturday. Number six Franciscan University (3-6, 3-6 PAC) will travel to No. 3 Grove City College (6-4, 6-3 PAC) for a 12 p.m. match while No. 5 Washington & Jefferson College (6-5, 5-4 PAC) will travel to No. 4 Bethany College (5-4, 5-3 PAC) for a 4 p.m. match. 

In Tuesday's quarterfinal round No. 1 Westminster will host the winner of the No. 5 W&J-No. 4 Bethany match at 6:30 p.m. Number two Geneva College (10-1, 6-1 PAC) will host the winner of the No. 6 Franciscan-No. 3 Grove City match at 7 p.m. 

Thursday's title match will be hosted by the highest-remaining seed. The start time will be decided after the completion of Tuesday's semifinal round. 

PAC institutions have adjusted spectator policies in place for home games during the 2020-21 season in an effort of promoting and prioritizing the health and safety of student-athletes, game day staff and designated personnel in light of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. Schools will determine if on-campus student, faculty and staff attendance is permissible at their own facilities. There will be no outside fans or visiting team's fans permitted.
