Thiel College will be seeking its second straight league title Friday evening as the Tomcats play host to the 54th Annual Presidents’ Athletic Conference (PAC) Wrestling Championships at Beeghly Gymnasium. Matches will get underway at 5 p.m.

Admission for all PAC Championship events is $5 for adults, $2 for students and $1 for programs. PAC and institutional passes are not accepted at PAC championship events. Students from PAC institutions will be admitted free to events at their school with a valid college ID.

General Inforamation and Scoring Criteria:
Entry = 3 points
Winner 1st Match = 4 team points + bonus points
Winner 2nd Match = 10 team points + bonus points

Bonus points: 
Fall = 2 points
Default = 2 points
Forfeit = 2 points
Disqualification = 2 points
Tech. Fall with Back Points = 1.5 points
Tech. Fall without Back Points = 1 point
Major Dec. = 1 point

Highest possible score per weight class = 21 points.

The team with the most total points is the tournament champion. 
There will be a 5-minute intermission between rounds.

Awards for weight classes and teams will be presented at the end of the third round.
