PAC recognizes its Spring Academic Honor Roll selections 7/3/2020 9:00:00 AM Past PAC Academic Honor Roll lists GREENVILLE, Pa. (pacathletics.org)--A total of 815 student-athletes were named to the Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) Academic Honor Roll for the Spring 2020 semester on Friday morning. The PAC Academic Honor Roll recognizes student-athletes on varsity sports teams who have earned a grade-point average (GPA) of 3.6 or higher on a 4.0 scale during their semester of competition. Last year, a combined 1,370 student-athletes were recognized on the PAC Academic Honor Rolls (555 fall, 815 spring). Washington & Jefferson College led the 10 league schools with 110 student-athletes earning PAC Spring Academic Honor Roll recognition. Saint Vincent College was next with 105 and was followed by Westminster College (103), Thiel College (95), Chatham University (89), Grove City College (87), Bethany College (75), Geneva College (66), Waynesburg University (60) and Franciscan University (25). On April 16, 2019 the PAC announced Franciscan would be joining the league as its 10th full-time member. Franciscan's women’s golf, men’s and women’s indoor and outdoor track and field programs and men's and women's lacrosse programs were set to compete for PAC titles during the 2019-20 academic year. Franciscan’s 14 additional NCAA Division III sports will be eligible for PAC championships and all-conference honors in 2020-21.
