PAC recognizes 569 on Spring Academic Honor Roll

Past PAC Academic Honor Roll lists

GREENVILLE, Pa. (pacathletics.org)--A total of 569 student-athletes have been named to the Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) Academic Honor Roll for the Spring 2019 semester.

The PAC Academic Honor Roll recognizes student-athletes on varsity sports teams who have earned a grade-point average (GPA) of 3.6 or higher on a 4.0 scale during their semester of competition. 

Last year, a combined total of 1,097 PAC student-athletes were recognized on the PAC Academic Honor Rolls (528 fall, 569 spring). 

Grove City College led the nine full-time league schools with 81 student-athletes earning PAC Spring Academic Honor Roll recognition. Saint Vincent College was next with 73 and was followed by Chatham University (66), Washington & Jefferson College (64), Waynesburg University (63), Thiel College (60), Westminster College (59), Geneva College (52) and Bethany College (46).

Franciscan University, in its first year as a PAC affiliate member in both men's and women's lacrosse, had five student-athletes earn PAC Spring Academic Honor Roll recognition. On April 16, the PAC announced Franciscan would be joining the league as its 10th full-time member. Franciscan's women’s golf and men’s and women’s indoor and outdoor track and field programs will compete in the league during the 2019-20 academic year. Franciscan’s 14 additional NCAA Division III sports will be eligible for PAC championships and all-conference honors in 2020-21.
