GREENVILLE, Pa. (pacathletics.org) – A record total of 563 student-athletes earned a spot on the Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) Academic Honor Roll for the Fall 2017 semester.

The Fall 2017 total represents a 5.5 percent increase in honorees from the Fall 2016 honor roll, which featured 532 student-athletes, and a 17.9 percent increase in honorees from the Fall 2015, which recognized 476 student-athletes.

The PAC Academic Honor Roll recognizes student-athletes on varsity sports teams who have earned a grade-point average (GPA) of 3.6 or higher on a 4.0 scale during their semester of competition. 

Geneva College led the 10 full-time league schools and two affiliate members for the second-straight fall semester with 69 student-athletes earning PAC Fall Academic Honor Roll recognition. Waynesburg University was next with 65 honorees and was followed by Washington & Jefferson College (55), Grove City College (49), Westminster College (48), Saint Vincent College (47) and Thomas More College (47), Thiel College (43), Carnegie Mellon University (41), Bethany College (40), Chatham University (35) and Case Western Reserve University (24).
