CRESTVIEW HILLS, Ky. (pacathletics.org) – The Presidents’ Athletic Conference (PAC) announced its 2013-14 All-PAC Women’s Basketball teams between the championship tournament semifinal games Friday evening at top-seed Thomas More’s Connor Convocation Center.

Thomas More sophomore guard/forward Sydney Moss (St. Albans, W. Va./Boone County (Ky.)) was tabbed the league’s Player of the Year, while Thomas More third-year head coach Jeff Hans was named the conference’s Coach of the Year.

Moss currently ranks first among all NCAA Division III scorers in points per game (27.3), fourth in assist-to-turnover ratio (2.75) and seventh field-goal percentage (61.2). She is also second in the PAC in steals per game (2.7), fifth in rebounds per game (8.4) and sixth in assists per game (3.14).

Moss scored her 1,000th career point on Feb. 8 in the Saints’ 65-52 win over Washington & Jefferson. She posted 438 points with the University of Florida last season, and in 26 games with the Saints this season, has totaled 709 points. Her 709 points scored are a single-season Thomas More record.

Moss is the third Thomas More player to be named the league's Player of the Year since the Saints joined the PAC in 2005-06.

Hans, named PAC Coach of the Year for the second-straight year, has the Saints ranked number three on both the D3hoops.com Top 25 and the USA Today Sports Division III Top 25 Coaches' Poll. Their unblemished 25-0 regular-season record was the third perfect regular season in program history. Hans’ three-year mark with Thomas More stands at 78-7 overall and 53-1 in the PAC.
