GREENVILLE, Pa. – The Presidents’ Athletic Conference (PAC) released its 2013 Women’s Basketball All-Conference Teams on Friday evening between semifinal games at top-seed Thomas More College’s Connor Convocation Center. Thomas More senior guard Allison Long was tabbed as the league’s Player of the Year, while the Saints second-year head coach Jeff Hans was voted the conference’s Coach of the Year.

Long has played a pivotal role in the Saints’ current run of six-straight PAC Championship Tournament titles and has helped Thomas More enter the conference tournament as the top seed in each of her four seasons in Crestview Hills, Ky.

Long is a two-time All-PAC First Team selection (2013, 2012) after being named to the Second Team in 2011. She earned Honorable Mention honors as a freshman in 2010.

Long finished the 2012-13 PAC regular season second in the league in assists (89), three-point field goal percentage (41.1, 58-of-141) and three-point field goals made (58), third in scoring (16.8 points-per-game), fourth in steals (72) and fifth in field goal percentage (49.0, 152-of-310).

She currently ranks second in program history in career assists (355) and three-point field goals made (201) and fourth in both career points (1,448) and field goals made (514).

Hans, in just his second year guiding the Saints, has led the program to a 25-1 overall record this season and finished PAC regular season play with an unblemished 18-0 mark. Winners of their last 22 straight, the Saints lone setback this season came against Calvin College (which was ranked number one in Division III at the time and is currently ranked number four on USA TODAY Sports Division III Top 25 Coaches’ Poll), an 84-75 overtime loss at Thomas More's Julie Costello Memorial Classic on November 23.

His two-year record in Crestview Hills, Ky. currently stands at 50-6 overall and 35-1 in PAC play.

Geneva College and second-year head coach Lori Wynn were awarded with the PAC Sportsmanship Award.
